Hi.. I want to do datagridview cell validation...means i want to enter only numbers in cell.If i enter character it should display error

Perhaps you can use the DataGridViewCellStyle.Format property. If you edit the columns of the DataGridView, look for the DefaultCellStyle at the top of the properties box. I hope that helps.
