Try to find out the value of current row in cell_leave event and if that matches to the data source collection count, you can write your logic there.

private void dataGridView1_CellLeave(object sender, DataGridViewCellEventArgs e)
{
if (dataGridView1.CurrentRow.Index==yourdatasource.Count-1)
{
MessageBox.Show("Test"); // your logic to add rows goes here.
}

No Sir,

I want to Go last cell value fill and press tab button then add new row.

In this case

DataGridView.AllowUserToAddRows = True;

when we write in first cell value then automatic add new row that i does not want add new row in first cell . I want last cell value fill and click on tab key then add new row ya show message

"do yo want add more row"
