Database Refresh issue Csharp

I have the same type of question but it is little different. In de Run tme of the program i add e new user in the database. If a want to have a summary of that using the databinding it don't show the last user. How i can get this issue resolved. I have the same thing in this project several of times.

Ok , But i had made two types of query. 1 is with the dataset.fill and the other with normal select query.
The one that i want refresh is one with dataset.fill issue . How can i do that, because i have a combobox to pick one of the name for example.

if i' did not explain it good let me know.
