Database Error

When i modified table in database table name is commission_chart i.e add column ,change datatype etc. i have error is

Error: There is already an object named 'commission_chart_Temp' in the database.
Source: .Net SqlClient Data Provider .

how to solve this problem.

Hi Anil Wagavkar,

If you want table create at run time then must be check table already exists or not. just try
IF OBJECT_ID('dbo.Your Table Name', 'U') IS NOT NULL DROP TABLE dbo.yourtableName;
create table dbo.yourTableName // Do more stuff here

Hi Anil,
if you are creating comission_chart_temp automatically using any script, then drop the table and recreate it.

comission_chart_temp table automatically create. when modfiy to the orginal table.

May be you are running the command to create a table which already exist in the db. Request you to check in db regarding commission_chart_Temp.
