im doing one project, in this project i need data transmission between two android devices, using internet. both devices want to send and receive data.... if anybody have idea plz help me

im doing one project, in this project i want to transfer data through wifi connection between two devices(example from android mobile1 to android mobile2). if the mobile has no wifi range then transmit the data using internet. both android mobile1 and 2 communicate each other(i.e. android mobile 1 read data from mobile2 and also write data to mobile2)
