There are multiple ways to achieve this -

 1. Create a linked server

2. Generate the script of data and run on different server

 

3. You can also use the Import/Export wizard

   Jsut import and export via management studio 

You can use Import / Export Wizard built in SQL Server Management Studio. This is actually a on the fly created SSIS package. Pretty simple and straightforward.
