crystal report date formating

good morning to everyone

I have a table Emoplyees table and field StartDate DateTime in my sql database ,this field used in my crystal report i want to make select Criteria on startDate field FromDate to ToDate ,when i defined the datatype Date in my crystal parameter then its not work ......please give me the solution ...how formate my datefield in crystal report...i dont want to see the time in my report..

please help...

Hi friend,

Go to crystal report designer.

Then select and right click your date field.

Then select 'Format Field..'.

Now go to Date and Time tab and select the format you want.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Right click on ur datefield after draging it in ur report. select Format object option and then select Date And Time option. thr u can c different date formats . select any one which suits ur requirement
