Crypto and India

I am not familiar with cryptocurrency problems in India but I am not in India and neither am I a citizen of the country.

Is the problem that citizens can avoid paying taxes on cryptocurrencies? I can understand that that is a problem. I can understand that it would often be easy for someone possessing large amounts of cryptocurrencies to avoid paying taxes. The problem is not easily solved. It is a problem for all governments in  the world, correct?

Sir, I have a question! Do we have enough of infra to support Crypto and blockchain systems? 

In such cases, how faster we would be able to achieve this feet? 

The major problem that is still exists the lack of clear regulatory guidelines for cryptocurrencies, which creates confusion for investors and businesses. Also the cryptocurrencies are global so regulatory guidelines should be at global level.

The Indian government's attempt to address cryptocurrency challenges is a complex and evolving process. Success depends on balanced regulation that protects consumers, ensures financial stability, and fosters innovation. Achieving this balance while keeping pace with the rapidly changing crypto landscape is a formidable challenge.
