You can use React State for CRUD operation in React. You need to fetch the details from data base and store in react state on ComponentDidMont function. Then you need to bind your input fields with particular state property so every time you make any changes to the field it will reflect to the state. Then on Save function you can use same state property and pass it to the post call.
