In Power Automate, we have the concept of Solution where we will be adding all the components which we are customizing like Tables, Modern Driven Apps including Power Automate.
So you can create one solution for all of your power automate flows along with its connections and its connection references which will help you to manage the flows well.
Note. Creating solutions will help to migrate the components to higher environment
