Creating a transparent window

How can i create a transparent window without the frame,just transparent but with the ability to draw lines and rectangles with GDI functions like 'SetPixel()' ?

sorry, i meant in C++ not in visual basic

Me.Text = "" Me.ControlBox = False Me.FormBorderStyle = System.Windows.Forms.FormBorderStyle.None Me.MaximizeBox = False Me.MinimizeBox = False Now each time the window needs to paint the background you need to copy the screen image that your window occupies and draw that image as your background. From there on, you can draw whatever you want. Hope this helps gets you started, anyway...
