Created a remoting service ( TcpError)

hi wcf experts,

i followed wcf kudvenkat in second part but

when I used the 8080 port getting error No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8080 can anybody help me.?

please recommend any idea

For that
possible reasons could be:
- FTP server settings
- Software/Personal Firewall Settings
- Multiple Software/Personal Firewalls
- Anti-virus Software
- LSP Layer
- Router Firmware
- Computer Turned Off
- Computer Not Plugged In
You need to check everything / possiblities.
