Hi,

I created one Console Application, that Console Application Creates one XML File,

i want that xml file has to be send to wcf service for host

Hi,

Yes am passing it as a byte array only. but now am getting
the remote server returned an error (400) bad request. error.

You should be able to pass it as a byte array just fine. Either that, or a string.
