Create qr code in .net core application using bitmap

You can use the LEADTOOLS Barcode Pro SDK in your application

You can utilize the BarcodeWriter class to write information to a QR barcode and add that barcode to an image.

Here is some sample code:

You can install Spire.Barcode library via nuget to create qr code in .net core application.
