Hello I have face a issue .I have create a .html file (Dashboard.html) I'm use here this file and create a button it's not workin.Button not create.

please be more specific, and elaborate on the question.
if you create an HTML and reference some CSS then there is no chance, that it doesn't render, at least the HTML will render without the styles.
The styles may not apply because of the wrong path.
You can test the CSS with CDN.
