hi what is more efficient to be used with serial port c++ or c#

no matter which way you do it, best solution is to interface win MSCOM32.ocx its a activex control provided by microsoft and can be used in any language that supports COM, and since its an activex control the effeciency is more-less the same for all langs. read up on that control

I beleive it's possible in both langiages. It really comes down to language preference.
