You can convert PDF to Word programmatically using GroupDocs.Conversion for .NET API. This back-end API can be integrated in any .NET application (web/windows form/console). See API documentation here https://docs.groupdocs.com/display/conversionnet/Home.

Using LEADTOOLS, you can convert from PDF to Word documents with few lines of code:
