Convert HTML to Excel in c#.net

You can do one thing. Remember that html file if saved as xls will automatically convert to excel..

For eg - A html in html file will automatically convert into rows & columns along with styling provided.

So it will be easy for you to save the html content in a file & provide the extension as .xls.
