I have a excel file that contains 20 sheet. I want to save excel file into PDF without using office interop

You can do this with Leadtools’ DocumentConverter class. The documentation page has an example snippet for converting a DOCX file to PDF.

You can install Spire.XLS library from NuGet.org to convert excel to pdf.
