Hi All,

How can I convert a pdf file to word file. please help me with some links or implementation.

You can use Spire.PDF API to convert pdf to word(.doc, .docx) easily.

Refer the below code:
using Spire.Pdf;

namespace ConvertPDFtoDoc
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main(string[] args)
        {
            PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            doc.LoadFromFile("test.pdf");
            doc.SaveToFile("PDFtoDoc.doc", FileFormat.DOC);
            System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("PDFtoDoc.doc");
        }
    }
}

You can use LEADTOOLS Document SDK technology in your application.
https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/products/document
You can leverage the DocumentConverter class, which does not require the Microsoft Office interop assemblies, to convert any LEADTOOLS supported file format to any other LEADTOOLS supported file format (i.e. PDF to DOC/DOCX).

Here is some sample code:
using (DocumentConverter _converter = new DocumentConverter())
{
    string inputPDF = @"FILE PATH TO INPUT PDF";
    string outputDOC = @"FILE PATH TO OUTPUT DOC/DOCX";

    DocumentFormat format = DocumentFormat.Docx;
    var jobData = DocumentConverterJobs.CreateJobData(inputPDF, outputDOC, format);

    var job = _converter.Jobs.CreateJob(jobData);
    _converter.Jobs.RunJob(job);

    if (job.Status == DocumentConverterJobStatus.Success)
    {
        Console.WriteLine("Success");
    }
    else
    {
        Console.WriteLine("{0} Errors", job.Status);
        foreach (var error in job.Errors)
        {
