COnfuse in Dotnet
i am learning Asp.Net , but now as i heard that Asp.net Mvc is in market and entity framework also, so i should learn ado.net and asp.net or i should skip these and directly move to asp.net mvc and entity frame work

First of all, there are two different things you need to consider in your case.
Keep in mind that, you might get selected based out of your MVC knowledge but it doesn't guarantee that you will be associated to work only on MVC projects. It varies from client to client or company to company.
For the first case, you need to have ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework knowledge for sure.
In general, as per the current market, you also need to have knowledge on Web API/WCF, Jquery/Javascript, HTML, Bootstrap, TFS/GIT etc., to get a decent job.

With MVC your application become independent from view. you can replace easily technology of creating view.
