i am learning Asp.Net , but now as i heard that Asp.net Mvc is in market and entity framework also, so i should learn ado.net and asp.net or i should skip these and directly move to asp.net mvc and entity frame work

First of all, there are two different things you need to consider in your case.
- First, to get your profile shortlisted or attend interviews.
- Second, to have the hands-on experience in order to manage the tasks being assigned by the client for ASP.NET/ADO.NET projects.
Keep in mind that, you might get selected based out of your MVC knowledge but it doesn't guarantee that you will be associated to work only on MVC projects. It varies from client to client or company to company.
For the first case, you need to have ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework knowledge for sure.
For the second case, you also need to have at least some basic knowledge on how to create an application using ASP.NET Web Forms and ADO.NET technologies as still projects developed using ASP.NET and ADO.NET exists in the market.

In general, as per the current market, you also need to have knowledge on Web API/WCF, Jquery/Javascript, HTML, Bootstrap, TFS/GIT etc., to get a decent job.

Asp.net MVC doesn't have any server controls like asp button it's fully html based you can learn easily if you have knowledge in c# and You can use Ado.Net instead of Entity framework in Asp.net Mvc but that is not good practice.

there is no need to start from scratch to learn asp.net and ado.net.

if you are just starting then you can learn directly asp.net mvc and EF, as most of new development is in that technologies.

however if you get some knowledge and confidence later after learning these two, let's say after 3 months or so, then it is a good idea to have a look at asp.net and ado.net too. this will not do any harm to you but you will have a clear and better understanding of this "foundation" technologies as well.

in future you may work in live development environment and you may see some old projects coded in these technologies with which your new project should interact or transform those from old to new technology, at that time if you know asp/net/ado.net, then it will be easy to work on those projects.

These two are different technologies Asp.net and Asp.net MVC . Inorder to start your .net course or if you are new Microsft technologies , try to learn the basic one , if you have Asp.net mvc & Entity framework it is an added advantage to your profile weightage , but with normal Asp.net ,C# you can crack an good job into an level5 MNC ,

For ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC :

                     ASP.NET MVC2 web application is based on MVC pattern in order to facilitate unit test, without mocking pipeline asp.net, because it's very difficult. you don't have code on Code Behind in order to separate your code graphic and your code functional.
With MVC your application become independent from view. you can replace easily technology of creating view.

For ADO.NET and Entity Framework :

         ADO.NET entity is an ORM (object relational mapping) which creates a higher abstract object model over ADO.NET components. ... Entity Framework is a wrapper for ADO.NET. Thus there is nearly no difference between those two in performance (maybe entity framework is a bit slower).Simply it provides the various types for scheming the database.
