Comparision of folders

Hi everyone.

I have a requirement. It is to extract the folders by comparing two document libraries A and B.

These doc libraries are in a site and sub site respectively. I need a power shell script to compare the two Libraries so that i can check the missing files. And also thos files need to be exported to excel . Help me out in this.
