comparing date in c# using visual studio

Thanks Tapan, but can you give a sample c# code of how to check if a particular project has exceeded the duration in the duration field in my project database and mark flag it red or green in my flag field in my sql database.

I would suggest , if possible, have a additional field that keeps track of this flag and it indicates 1 if passed 2 years or else 0. The reason is that way you can make your search faster. Only time you need to do date comparisons is when you insert data into the database. Retrieval of dates along with extra column will avoid unnecessary checks of date differences and user experience would be better. Just a thought.
