code to capture image from webcam and save in database in c#

Can i have some sample of code,which is actually running to capture image from webcam,view it in picturebox and then save it in database in c# windows application.

I also need dll downloaded file.

Depending on your webcam and what its driver may support, you could use a number of approaches to obtain an image from it. Consider using something like the LEADTOOLS toolkit (https://www.leadtools.com/), which can obtain still images using a number of approaches, like TWAIN or WIA. The multimedia toolkit (https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/engine/multimedia) can also be used to obtain still and motion pictures. (Disclaimer: I am an employee of this toolkit’s vendor).

As an example, the C# code to acquire an image from a webcam supporting TWAIN would look like this:
TwainSession session = new TwainSession();
session.Startup(this.Handle, "manufacturer", "productFamily", "version", "application", TwainStartupFlags.None);
RasterImage img = session.AcquireToImage(TwainUserInterfaceFlags.None);
Once you have the image, you can easily save it into a memory stream to store it in database. The code looks like this:
RasterCodecs codecs = new RasterCodecs();
MemoryStream ms = new MemoryStream();
codecs.Save(img, ms, RasterImageFormat.Tif, 24);

I have tried the following,but sometimes it throws error

An error occured while capturing video image,the video capture will now be terminated.
object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I tried by restart my machine,its work fine for a while,then after some time ,same error started.

Plz Suggest me Something.....
