Cloud computing is platform by which user can access the services and application according their needs .In the cloud computing all the application store on the cloud and at one time many user can use the serive of cloud without effecting eachother process.

There are many advantages of cloud computing -
By the cloud computing use can use the storage of the cloud .If any user use large amount of storage but his system is not support large storage in this case cloud computing is the best option for use the large amount of data.
By the cloud computing you can use the cloud software with out install this software.
you can access the cloud services from anywhere.

I would personally suggest you to take a look over here

After that, please register yourself with outlook and Hotmail account and do some practical stuff at Azure Portal. You would get USD 200 or 250 credit to play around. It would certainly going to enhance length and breadth of your knowledge around Modern Cloud Computing.
