Client side data storage

You mean, every user of website will request for the page or form the server and data will come to your own client side database. If yes, then I think it is not possible because of many reasons like
*you should have to be paid member of your database like ms sql sever, if you use my-sql then it will be eliminated but the ip address you are using is shared ip not your own.
*your pc should have all configurations, features like any other server which you will be using for your hosting.
*think if you are trying to receive data on your own client then why we use shared server hosting. it means there is some extra features required and these are not on client end.
