Clickonce Deployement - Oracle database connection failure

I build an application using WPF. Application is using oracle database as backend.

When i install my setup.exe file in user machine, i am getting database connection failure error. but it works fine in my machine.

Could you please advise me how to package my application to make my application working in any machine?

By far my knowledge goes with oracle the answer is No you have to install client in order to communicate with your DB in case of Oracle . Once you install Oracle Client make sure you make an TNS entry too

Is there any way to package the application along with oracle client?
Instead of installing oracle client seperately cant we build and exe which includes oracle client?

Manikadan in your PC the application is working fine becuase in your laptop or PC there is a database installed so you dont need a client to communicate to ORacle DB.
Whereas in user machine when you are deploying exe WPF make sure that Oracle Client is installed on your user machine and main database is on suppose godaddy or bigrock .
If you dont have cloud database then install Oracle DB on users machine then oracle client is not needed .
NOTE:Make sure you install 32 bit client as it is compactible with most PC or laptops
