Checking all checkboxes inside an UpdatePanel

Hello all,

I have a question, I have some CheckBoxes inside an UserContorl which is inside an UpdatePanel control. My question is how to check all the CheckBoxes which are present in UserControl on PageLoad.

Please provide me with code in C#
