Hi Kamrul,

You can do something like this.
dsGrdStock.ConnectionString = "whateveryouwant";

Add referennce of System.Configuration and write the below code to change it dynamically
public void updateConfigFile(string ConnectionString)
        {
            //updating config file
            var XmlDoc = new XmlDocument();
            //Loading the Config file
            var configFile = AppDomain.CurrentDomain.SetupInformation.ConfigurationFile;
            XmlDoc.Load(configFile);
            foreach (XmlElement xElement in XmlDoc.DocumentElement)
            {
                if (xElement.Name == "connectionStrings")
                {
                    //setting the coonection string
                    xElement.FirstChild.Attributes["connectionString"].Value = ConnectionString;
                 }
            }
            //writing the connection string in config file
            XmlDoc.Save(configFile);
            ConfigurationManager.RefreshSection("connectionStrings");
Just call the above method to change it.
