Change second select background color using Jquery

You modified my question, i don't have any span for Select, neither i want, if i have to do this with span or any other element, it will not take time, but i want to find second Select the way i wrote it with in Div, so sorry but that was not the solution for this question.

Hi, As per my understanding, you can only give styles to a html tag and not to any particular text inside it. So you can try putting that select inside some span tag and give style to that.
