Certification

Hi santosh, the first one that you need to take is a "Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3", it is a Exam 70-480. I've done it few years ago, almost as soon as it was available, but I would like to say that if you are doing this out of your own pocket, I mean if you are paying this yourself, then don't do it.
A lot of employers nowadays do not give any value to them because you will actually find a lot of certification dumps (answered certification tests) online, so preparing for a certificate has probably became a memorisation game...

Instead if you want to learn and get some credits for your achievements I would advise you to try out these free and publicly available programming certificates. They are not Q&A but rather a coding tests so with them you are indicating that you posses a coding skill for a particular technology.
