Step1: find out some good simple video tutorial like this URL

Step2 : Read some books on asp.net, C#, Sqlserver and see the video tutorial

Step 3: Create some small demo project on basis of your learning.

Step 4: If you will get any problem then Keep on asking question on Forum.

Step 5: Keep on doing practice and learning then one day you will be expert developer.
