Currently in Manual From one year,prior to that worked on virtualisation. Does QTP knoledge help in job opportunities further? or is it all selenium now.?

As far as my knowledge goes about testing, the testing path is very limited.
For real growth, one must start with a developer.
A developer than can have many choices.
Eg - After 1.5yrs of development, one can go for Network Security, Information Security,
DBA(Database Administrator), SAP Applications, Testing, Sharepoint, Mobile Applications etc and so on.
This is because, one who knows development, have all these knowledge.
One who knows coding / development and system working, can learn hacking soon.
If interested, you can also go for CEH - EC Council.
