Start from basics not focus on high technologies if your base is good then you can easily learn latest technologies. 

 

after that you can learn asp .net ,mvc,angular js

.Net is an Ocean. you can swim until you are not tired. it would be better if you choose where you want to drive your ship. Windows or Web? you can never learn everything at once but have to start with a small steps. Go with Web technologies MVC,Web APIs, Angular JS.

.NET is the future and it supports all the aspects on application development, ranging enterprise to multi-platform and multi-device using .NET Core now.

 

Regarding, perfect learning. I don't know anyone who can claim perfect .NET knowledge, but consistent learning habits can surely help.

One can never be perfect in anything and there is always scope for learning, so about the time you need to spend over this is up to you. It's a good platform to work in, but you will have to always stay updated with the latest technological advancements in this field.
