I'm completed degree in Computer Science,Past 3 Years I'm working as teacher.How can i Change career to software field.

As you said you have been teaching for the past 3 years, you didn't mention the subject, I am considering you must be a computer science teacher.
So, you must have a strong command of theoretical concepts on language like C (as per school/college syllabus)
with data structures.
I don't know you have written code on PC but you must be writing bubble sort on board (my teacher used to do this).

so just start giving interviews cause in interviews they won't ask you to write code if you mention 3 years of experience, the problem is they might consider you as a fresher so they may schedule a coding test round as the first round.
To clear the first round you must have knowledge of one language like c# or C or Java and then you can solve the given problems. You can search coding round questions for different companies on google.
The next round will be easy as they will just ask theoretical questions that should be easy for you (my assumption).
Next HR round is just a formality to test your communication skill and discuss salary.

Start learning basics of data structures and algorithms. Refer books and start going through small small course's on Pluralsight and Udemy.

Create an account on Pluralsight and Udemy. Buy few basic course's and start learning them. They also provide practice project/work along with course. Do them on your machine. It will take time, but slowly you will learn concepts.

Schedule your daily routine for reading books and practice.

You should start from the skills you have in respective field. If you want to grow in software field, First know your little bit skills set you have then find the basic level tutorial of front-end, back-end programming and then database to store and maintain your information. Once you have decided you initial then go towards intermediate and then advance level to achive your goal. Good Luck.

i think you will have to teach yourself as how you teach your class,arrange from the beggining of the lesson until the end,so as mek a timetable from beginning of what you want and develop it,make sure you go braodly in your research

Hello Nila,
I would suggest you to pick a language and a database management system, start learning it and then create a small application. Once you are good with one programming language, it won't take much time to understand and learn other programming languages.
