Career advice need help

Everyone is not perfect. You can list out names of technologies which you would like to study.

 

Then starts by doing some small programs, demos, then application, search some interview questions, puzzles, question answers etc so you will get hands on knowledge or you will be a perfect in that technology  / programming. 

Without practice it is not possible this as per my obersevation. This is just like

failure + failure = success.
