Cant run command npx create-react-app on VS Code

Good day

I am trying to run an exe software for VS Code installer, user. I get this message window " The User Installer is not meant to be run as Administrator". How do i fix this issue? because later when i installer it, i cant run this command on terminal "npx create-react-app myapp".

Basically i have version 6 of NodeJs being installed and has already NPM.

Now the problem is when each time trying to run command on either Git command or VS Code it give this weird error and want to give it.

"
npx create-react react-feeds-example

Please elaborate your problem with steps followed. Which path are you in currently? What command failed exactly?
