I suggest you uninstall VS and install again or use the repair action

sir in that query browser u can create procedure

like

create procedure procedurename

as

begin

.

end

Thanks, but I tried to add new procedure and I don't have that option neither.

Re install ur Sql server mangement studio. other wise you have a option called new query at top, with that u can create manually both database and table using sql query.
