Cannot register as an Author

I tried to register as an Author and I get this error.

"We have recently made changes to the site and resource you are looking for may have moved. Please try our search by typing your keyword in search at top and click Go. Again, sorry for inconvenience."

This is what I did:

Clicked on Submit an Article
Took me to the agreement page.
I agreed.
System displayed that I am registered as a simple user and that I need to register as an Author.
Clicked on Register and I got the above error.

And while I was typing this I got an alert saying the HTML Editor expired. Visit obout.com to purchase.

Raja, we will register you as Author. You can check after some time.

Raja, Praveen is the person responsible for that type of thing so whatever he says is good. I don't want to indicate I know anything more.

I often get the message about recent changes to the web site. In my experience, it does not indicate a problem. There might be a problem but usually there is not.

Also, the message about the HTML Editor being expired is a known problem. It is inconvenient but I don't think it is a problem otherwise; I hope not.

Since Praveen will ensure that you get registered as an author, I hope all your problems are solved. The HTML Editor license will be taken care of soon.

From morning I also getting that HTML editor Expired messagebox.
