cani display wpf window within a main Container

HiEvery one...
i'm trying to have a main wpf window with 4 buttons on the left handside and main content area in the middle w..
i need to display different content when a button is clicked and keep the buttonas where they are i need to something similar like a master page in asp.net ..
any tips on how to do that
