cancel dialog box

VS2005 i have this customized dialogbox that will ask the user for an input to be displayed in a listview. what i want to do is when the cancel button is clicked, nothing will happen. how will i do this?

Did you set the form's cancel button property to point to your cancel button? Doing so will evoke the click event for the designated button whenever the user hits the ESC key. You will still need to write an event handler for the button; if you just want to cancel the form, 'this.dispose();' ought to cover it.
