Can anyone tell how can I call connection string from class inside sql datasource

for example like

use this.
using(SqlConnectionconn=newSqlConnection())
{
conn.ConnectionString="Server=[server_name];Database=[database_name];Trusted_Connection=true";

Example :

SqlDataSource SqlDataSource1 = new SqlDataSource();
SqlDataSource1.ID = "SqlDataSource1";
this.Page.Controls.Add(SqlDataSource1);
SqlDataSource1.ConnectionString = System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["conString"].ConnectionString;
SqlDataSource1.SelectCommand = "SELECT top 10 ContactName, City, Country, PostalCode from Customers";
GridView1.DataSource = SqlDataSource1;
GridView1.DataBind();
}

Hi, you can change it programatically. Why don't you try this -
SqlDataSource1.ConnectionString = "yourconnectionstring";
