C#,MVC , Azure blob and API

this is my webapi url. i want to pass the blob name i.e bunny.mp4 on click.

I want to implement this using the c#, MVC.

How can i send the request to this api . I want to send the blob= value dynamically.

Implement a Controller by passing it a model as:
public class MyData
{
    public string Container {get; set;}
    public string Blob {get; set;}
}
Based on your business logic set values for Container and Blob.
