Button Click is not working on .aspx page ?

Hi my url is https://www.mrnmrspet.com/dogs-for-sale/pali

I have an issue when i submit this form then the button is not working. and when i inspect the button then showing like this

validtions are working but after fill information button is not working. also I could not get textbox value in code behind. when i fill the newsletter email from this page then the email id value showing black to the code behind. please help me to resolve these above issues.

Its working fine. When use button under the update panel (some time click event not working) then use the Use 'EnableEventValidation="false"' in your page markup like below:

Use 'EnableEventValidation="false"' in your page markup like below:

<%@ Page Language="C#" MasterPageFile="~/MainMaster.master" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="Defualt.aspx.cs" Inherits=" Defualt " EnableEventValidation="false" %>

1. May be you copied this method from other page or application ? if yes then it will not work,
So you need to delete the event and event name assigned to the button then go to page design and double click on button, it will generate event and it automatically assigns event name to the button.

2. Assign the button CausesValidation property 'false'.
