Am a software developer 3 to 4 year of experiences , am the boss of my own but i find difficult sourcing out for projects and negotiating deal on software project .... what can i do to improve myself .

No doubt that it's not easy to make a deal. Maybe you contact thousands of customers, but there is no even one reply. So i think you may need to change the method that you communicate with others, and show more advantages of you.
