Breakpoint is not working while running the project

When you running your web application for the first time, visual studio will ask you to enable Debugging or not. if you click yes button on that msg box , your web.config file will be updated like

Are you sure that execution actually reaches the line on which you've placed the breakpoint?

During some runnings of an application, there may be code which is never called.

If you are debugging an ASP.NET application, this problem might occur because ASP.NET debugging is not enabled on the application.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps in Visual Studio .NET:

1] In Solution Explorer, select the project name.

2] From the Project menu, click Properties.

3] Click to expand the Configuration Properties node.

4] Under Debugging, in the Enable ASP.NET Debugging list, click True.
