Bind multiple dropdownlist from database inside datalist

1. Either use datasource (object datasource, sql datasource)

2. in datalist databound event - bind the dropdown 

You can use like this,

 

Please note the objCategory objectdatasouce. Please add this datasource in your code with proper types. Now there will be some items in the dropdownlist [say, Red, Black, Green]. When datalist is bound to its datasouce, it will select the value from database [say Black] in the dropdownlist.
