today my company told us we are in financial crisis we cant pay u for next 3 months if anyone one wants to stay or leave pls inform what u have decided in the evening.
from april to until now they didnt pay salary now they are telling this to us.
I have 1.5years exp with this month
i dont have an idea? what should i do?
any suggestion!

not usng mvc or .net core.
what is the outside situation
should i stay or leave?
i got some suggestions like stay in the company learn new technology then leave like they are saying.
and i already started learning AI!

Well... I would suggest that go and search new jobs in naukri.com and linkedin websites.
Also.. you can search for contract jobs also.
Join the new company and start with new job.
Even do not keep any restrictions that you need job only in .net.
You can also apply for Business Analysis, Information Security, whatever branch or profile you get, take a new job.
So, in near future, you will nor face any financial crisis.
I also had faced the same issue.
Years back in 2012, my small startup company also said that they will not be able to pay.
We were just 5 developers. We also switched. And eventually, that startup also closed.
So, I will suggest that look/search for a new job and take whatever profile you get.
Once you get settled, you can choose the work you like.
Try for product based companies like - Tibco and Oracle.
