i suggest you go with mysql database. they provide more future as compare to access database like stored procedure,function,view ,error handing etc.

Yes, In your client's PC you have to Install MySQL. Its a free Software.

According to me SQL is good choice because in SQL you can use Store Procedure but in Access you can't. So start work with my SQL. Thanks
