Sir i am using IDAutomationHC39M Free Version, 9pt and using mobile device as barcode scanner,but when i scan other barcodes it works correctly

Hey

Which format of Barcode you are using?

Is it UPC_E?

Can you explain more about, how you are scanning, are you using handheld device or mobile device?

Also make sure that your scanner is capable 9f scanning that format of code.
